ASSOCIATE CHIROPRACTOR WANTED
Lydian Chiropractic is seeking a detail-oriented, emotionally mature, self-starting chiropractor with ample life experience and excellent communication skills to join our practice. Chiropractors with 2-3 years experience preferred but also accepting inquiries from seasoned clinicians, and new graduates who have past experience in the arts, education, psychology, or another profession.
Lydian Chiropractic is a robust, cash practice currently employing three chiropractors. We see a wide range of patients of all ages. This is a referral-based practice with a long-time devoted clientele.
Axial Stability Method:
We practice an emerging low-force chiropractic technique called Axial Stability Method (ASM) (www.axialstabilitymethod.com). This method is highly protocol driven, intellectually rigorous and requires methodical, systematic application, using chiropractic tools – AK muscle testing, Activator and SOT wedges – and European energy kinesiology techniques. For a brief description of ASM as a method of chiropractic treatment, click here.
Candidates will be expected to learn and exclusively practice Axial Stability Method at Lydian Chiropractic with a training period of 2-4 months depending upon abilities. Solid knowledge of ortho-neuro, muscle testing and kinesiology principles preferred.
More about ASM:
Over the last 5 years Dr. Lydia Knutson has been intensely involved with developing ASM. She has written a 280 page manual with 70 accompanying training videos, created and taught an 11 weekend modular training program for chiropractors, hosted an on-site residency program, created an ASM website, and populated an Axial Stability Method YouTube Channel with 17 public educational videos.
We have recently developed a possible ASM treatment for Covid long-haulers, and are currently partnering with Life University on a research study of this treatment: “Evaluation of changes in autonomic balance following chiropractic care in patients with Covid-19 post-viral syndrome” (http://www.ccr.life.edu/projects/). Our research team includes Stephanie Sullivan, DC, PhD, director of the Sid E. Williams Center for Chiropractic Research at Life University, Martha Herbert, PhD, MD, Lydia Knutson, DC, and Fred Langenegger, PhD. Chiropractic associates are welcome -- but not required -- to participate in this research.
Compensation is split-fee and percentages are based on experience and productivity. Health, malpractice and long-term disability insurance, and free continuing education are included.
Application:
Please familiarize yourself with our websites and YouTube videos to learn more about what we do.
If it seems exciting and a good fit for you, please email letter of interest and resume to: fred@lydiancenter.com
